We’ll contact you via your preferred method to confirm the details of your order and to finalize your pick up date and time. Completion of our Service Request Form does NOT guarantee service. ALL orders will be confirmed via email, text or phone.

PICK UP

Please gather your laundry totes near your front door or leave them on your porch for pick up. We’ll transfer everything to our bags, weigh it up, and leave your receipt. For porch pick ups, we’ll send pictures of our scale for full transparency!

No need to sort your laundry loads! We only ask that you separate and label any special care items such as Dry Cleaning, Stain Treat, Handwash, Super Sudz and/or Line Dry. Please be sure to detangle any hangers you send to receive our $.05 hanger credit.

DELIVERY

We’re committed to our 24 hour turn around! Unless determined otherwise, your order will be delivered the next day. Plese allow 48 hours for orders exceeding 100lbs and 1 additional day for each additional 100lbs.

Payment is due upon delivery. We currently accept CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS, PAYPAL, CASHAPP and VENMO payments. We do not accept personal checks.
